| Pink Streak is just the kind of Derby Girl we love – she joined the league at open tryouts in July, 2009, served her time in the Fresh Meat ranks and in December was elected to the position of Treasurer on our Board of Directors. She’s also one of our newest Harbor Hellcats for the 2010 season, and will be making her Civic Auditorium debut in the near future! In addition to these mad skating and accounting skills, she serves on our Community First committee, helping SCDG reach out into Santa Cruz and partner with local non-profits. You’ll recognize her by the signature pink streak in her blonde hair, in honor of her mother, a breast cancer survivor. Dare we say it – she’s on a Pink “Winning” Streak! |
