Skating History:
Skated for fun up to 11 years old, when I would always get in trouble for skating too fast... then over 20 years later derby found me.

Why derby?
Someone came up to me at my old work and said that I looked like I might be interested in roller derby had I ever thought of doing it... I thought to myself... It’s like a punk pit on skates with pads?!?!?!? I am so in...

Fascinating information:
Dual CannonZ was "Born" in a factory in San Francisco with blood made from cordite and gun oil, skin of cold hard steel. Despite her differences she was raised all over the Bay Area as a "normal child." It didn't take long for her to find trouble though as her first words were "That's f**n beautiful," would only drink Irish Car Bombs, and loved taking down the boys of punk show pit in the '80s and 90's.  Then in 2000, LaZor CannonZ was "born" and Dual CannonZ started looking for other outlets as LaZor CannonZ couldn't get into the shows. Then in 2006 roller derby found Dual CannonZ. It took a year for Dual CZ to find her way to her first practice where all she could say was, "THIS IS F**N BEAUTIFUL!"  Soon roller derby took over Dual CZ's life, all her makers could say is, "Roller Derby?  It saved her life and soul."  Dual CannonZ started off training to be a skater but after multiple injuries including a giner shiner and 3 left ankle sprains, she almost left derby.  Yeah right, Dual CannonZ could never leave derby, they belong together.  Eventually Dual CannonZ found her skills best utilized as a derby statistician in mid 2008.  By the beginning of 2009 Dual CannonZ became the Head NSO (Non Skating Official) for the Santa Cruz Derby Girls.
