Started skating derby in April 2007.

Why Derby?
Because if I wanted to skate around in a circle and look cute, I’d figure skate. Derby is a full contact, highly intense sport that not only incorporates athleticism, but smarts. The game play is registered in seconds, one second you are on offense and the next second you are on defense.  You have to be quick on your feet, literally and mentally. Derby is a full contact sport, we get hurt, we get bruised, we get scars, and I love every minute of it. It’s a full time commitment, and I don’t plan on quitting any time soon.
