Why Derby?
Because it’s like being at a rock show on skates with my girls! Oh yeah, sounds pretty awesome doesn’t it?

Likes:
Movies, books, writing, sewing, levy skates, rock shows, playing derby, breakfast at Linda’s, hanging with my friends, doing anything with my kids....and I like the boys in the band, but John’s my all time favorite!
                                             
Dislikes:
Slasher films, dirty dishes, stonewash denim, and a skate to the face.
                           
Fascinating Information: 
I won a series of church talent contests at age 11 to be crowned Miss Peninsula.  I’ve broken my nose in roller derby and in marching band! My number, 66 is for the year of Joe Strummer’s beloved Fender Telecaster guitar. I’ve played in a band with our very own fabulous announcer, Lex. You want me on your team if we are playing Pop Culture or Rock n Roll Trivia. Oh, and I have a thing for quoting song lyrics.

Theme Song:
Ever changing like my moods, but here are some that are in heavy rotation, “Left of the Dial” by the Replacements, “Gut Feeling” by Devo and “Search and Destroy” by Iggy and the Stooges. It would have been too obvious to choose a Clash song.
